JW Marriott Mount Kenya Rhino Reserve Safari Camp (Kenya)
With the JW Marriott Mount Kenya Rhino Reserve Safari Camp, Marriott brings its premium brand to one of East Africa's most beautiful natural landscapes. Nestled within the vast Solio Game Reserve, the camp combines understated luxury with immediate proximity to the African Savanna. The resort features 20 spacious tented accommodations, including a two-bedroom suite, all with private pools and views of the surrounding nature. The design is intentionally serene, incorporating the colors, materials, and textures of the environment, complemented by tranquil spaces such as the JW Garden with its herbs and plants. Guests can choose from four distinct dining options, including a classic restaurant and a sky deck with panoramic views. The resort also offers spa and wellness facilities, a fitness center, a conservation center, and wildlife viewing platforms. Curated experiences such as horseback safaris, night drives, nature walks, and visits to a privately run rhino orphanage provide deeper insights into the region. The safari camp is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2026.
Waldorf Astoria London (Great Britain)
With the Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, one of London's most iconic landmarks is set to experience a glorious future. In a privileged location at the end of The Mall, directly opposite Buckingham Palace, an iconic luxury hotel with over 100 elegantly designed rooms and suites is being created. According to a press release, Hilton is restoring the listed building with great care and respect for its rich history. The hotel aims to reach new culinary heights: Top chefs Clare Smyth and Daniel Boulud – together awarded seven Michelin stars – are responsible for the gastronomic concept. The offerings are complemented by spacious event spaces, including a magnificent ballroom for up to 300 guests. A new chapter for London's luxury hotel scene: historic, exclusive, and timelessly elegant.
Grand Hyatt The Red Sea (Saudi Arabia)
The Grand Hyatt The Red Sea will be one of the flagship luxury hotels on the up-and-coming Shura Island, part of the ambitious Red Sea Project. The resort offers approximately 430 elegantly designed rooms and suites, many with private terraces and spectacular views of the Red Sea. The architecture and interior design blend contemporary style with natural elegance, creating an environment that promises both relaxation and sophistication. Numerous on-site restaurants and bars invite guests to discover culinary delights from around the world while enjoying the ocean views. The resort is not only a haven for beach vacations but also appeals to active guests: in addition to outdoor pools and a fitness center, visitors can take advantage of the nearby 18-hole golf course and marina. Rah Gili Maldives is scheduled to open in February 2026 on a private island in the South Malé Atoll, promising a new chapter in luxurious island holidays in the Indian Ocean. The approximately 8.7-hectare island will feature 74 private pool villas, half of which are situated on the beach and half over the water – many with direct access to the lagoon. Amoh, a Luxury Collection Resort, opens on April 1, 2026, offering a tranquil new retreat on the Greek island of Rhodes. Located directly on the seafront, the resort sits on a secluded peninsula above a former quarry and subtly incorporates the island's historical heritage. The design of the 197 rooms and suites blends local limestone with natural materials and earthy tones, with many accommodations featuring private terraces, Jacuzzis, or pools. The resort's culinary offerings range from Mediterranean classics to international influences, served in four restaurants and two bars. Guests can further enhance their stay with thoughtfully curated experiences such as ceramics workshops with local artisans, honey tours, and private dinners in secluded coves. Outrigger Phi Phi Island Resort (Thailand)
The Outrigger Phi Phi Island Resort expands the Thailand portfolio of the Outrigger Hospitality Group, opening on the northern tip of Phi Phi Island. The five-star resort enjoys a secluded location on Laem Tong beach and is accessible only by boat. A total of 63 suites and villas are available, including beachfront pool suites with direct ocean access and hilltop pool villas overlooking the Andaman Sea. The resort's design follows the Thai concept of «Nit Thra,» which emphasizes tranquility and balance, and incorporates natural materials and elements of the Urak Lawoi lake community. The resort's culinary offerings feature regional influences, such as the Mala Kitchen, which serves southern Thai cuisine based on the Samrub Thai philosophy, and the open-plan Edgewater Bar & Grill. For relaxation, the Zeavola Spa offers traditional rejuvenating rituals. The offering is complemented by cooking classes, craft workshops, sustainable island hopping tours, diving and water sports activities, as well as a separate program for children and young people.
Levantine Hill Hotel (Australia)
The new Levantine Hill Estate Hotel adds an elegant accommodation option to the renowned winery destination in the Yarra Valley, one of Australia's most celebrated wine regions. The boutique property comprises 33 luxurious suites spread over two floors, each offering spacious living areas, studies, and private balconies overlooking the rolling vineyards. Many suites also feature round, freestanding bathtubs for added relaxation with a view. Guests have direct access to the estate's renowned wine cellar and fine-dining restaurant, which focuses on seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and exceptional wines. The property also includes fitness and outdoor areas, as well as a 1.5-kilometer sculpture trail winding through the artfully landscaped gardens. The opening is planned for June 2026.

Louis Vuitton Hotel Paris (France)
With the Louis Vuitton Hotel Paris, the French luxury brand is taking a historic step, opening its first own hotel in 2026. The hotel will be located at one of the city's most prestigious addresses, on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, in a meticulously restored Art Nouveau building dating back to 1896. The project is considered one of the most exclusive hotel ventures in Europe and aims to combine fashion, craftsmanship, and hospitality in a new way. Louis Vuitton is deliberately keeping specific details regarding the number of rooms or prices under wraps, but industry experts anticipate a clear focus on ultra-luxury and bespoke experiences. The spectacular construction wrapping in the form of an oversized Louis Vuitton trunk recently garnered worldwide attention. The hotel will be built directly adjacent to the brand's flagship store and is conceived as an immersive brand experience. The exact opening date is not yet known.

The Universal Kids Resort Hotel is the centerpiece of the new Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, Texas, and is specifically designed for families with young children. The hotel, with approximately 300 rooms, is directly connected to the theme park, providing easy access to the attractions. The culinary offerings focus on uncomplicated, family-friendly options. The hotel sees itself less as a traditional resort and more as a functional, cheerful home away from home – ideal for a stress-free stay at the theme park.
